Lemon-Herb Chicken Breasts

You've got to try this recipe! It's easy, and SOOOOOO good.

Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Halves
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
3 cloves finely chopped garlic
grated zest and juice of 1 lemon
2 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
2 tbsp chopped fresh thyme
coarse salt and freshly ground pepper

In a large shallow dish whisk together the olive oil, garlic, grated lemon zest and juice, rosemary and thyme, sal and pepper. Add the chicken and turn to coat well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

Grill the chicken, turning once, about 5 minutes on each side. Then serve!
Pure Deliciousness!!!

This reminds me of "Everybody Loves Raymond". I don't know if you watch that show. The wife made lemon chicken for the husband on their first date and he absolutely LOVED it. Well it turns out that's the ONLY thing she can make, she's actually a TERRIBLE cook! Funny stuff. =)
I'm not saying this is the case with you, you're a wonderful cook, simply marvelous darling.

I love that show. I wonder if this is the SAME lemon chicken? I also wonder if Jason thinks the same of me?
