Do you know what this means?
Yes, we found a house! PHEW!!! We got the keys yesterday and we are moving this weekend. And you know what, things actually really did work out, and maybe even for the better. I was really surprised that we were able to find a house that we liked so well, and so fast. And the best part is we signed a Lease with an Option to buy. So that gives us a year to decide if we like this area,............it's about 20 mins. from where we are now, and we LOVE where we are now. But that area seems nice too, the house is TOO adorable, it was in the 1999 Parade of Homes, so it is ALL decked out in trim, and it has a lot of neighbor kids for the boys. So I think it will work, for now, and maybe even forever. I could really see us living there and loving it for a LONG, LONG time.
So today, I started packing.
I found this, and can't WAIT to do it. I have a lot of projects to start and finish, and maybe this will help the creative juices flowing. I thought it was such a cute idea!
The boys and I made some decorations for craft time today, for Ava's party tomorrow.
They helped make some garland.
I made her invitations.
I know she will love her party. She LOVES Scooby Doo, she loves playing hide and seek and searching for things, and she is SUPER girly, hence the Hawaiian theme.

The house is beautiful! Houses just don't look like that where I live. I love the mailbox, and the three car garage will be so nice. Ava's birthday invitation is so cute. Wish I could be there, sounds like a blast.
