Do you know what today is?

The kids last day of summer.

Blaise starts school tomorrow.
He is excited. I am a bit nervous. New school, new friends. It gives me butterflies. I don't know why. He is such a great kid, he makes friends fast, and his teachers always love him. I guess if someone has to have the "first day of school" jitters, it's better to be me than him!

We went to Caiden's pre-K yesterday to meet his teacher. I really liked her. And he did too. He starts next Wednesday.
Then it will be just me and Ava, 2 days a week. Caiden goes to afternoon pre-K so Ava will be napping. So I will have 2 hours x 2 days a week to clean, craft, work, whatever......with no kids to interrupt. What will that be like? Nervous and excited for this next chapter in Caiden's life. He has wanted to go to school for awhile, since he seems to think there is no difference in age between he and Blaise. I know, it's only pre-school, but he's gone, not with me, so I'm a bit anxious about it.

So to keep myself from going crazy with the fact that my kids are growing up, I have been thinking about fall! I LOVE FALL!!! Is it too early to start decorating for Halloween? hee hee!
Tai Pan has some fabulous Halloween decorations. I can't wait to warm my home up with some items.

I also love THIS line from Martha Stewart. It's so creepy! And that's a good thing. :)

And yesterday in the mail I got a Hanna Andersson catolog. And I just HAVE to buy these adorable little cutsies for Ava. Leg Warmers!! Love em'!! The best part about having to live in the freezing-cold-snowy-winter is dressing the part. I love bundling up. Scarfs, hats, mitten, leg warmers!! Bring em' on!
