I will never forget..........
This day........
Waking up to the phone call from my Dad...........
Getting another phone call immediately after from my sister.........
Turning on the T.V. and not quite understanding...........
Watching the second plane, live on television.............
Crying a lot..............
Being so scared for my 2 year old little boy...............
Being so proud of President Bush.........
Going to the grocery store that night, and it being very quiet, eerie, and calm. Everyone was very nice and polite. Greeting one another, loving one another, helping one another.........
The way Americans came together..........
Jason getting a call from the F.B.I. for his help tracking all al jazeera satellites being installed in the Vegas Valley .......
The sound of silent skies in Las Vegas.........
How impressed I was with the city of New York and their Mayor......
Watching the television, in shock, all day long.......
The knowledge that nothing would ever be the same.
(*When I woke up this morning and looked out my window, I saw that our street was lined with flags. I realized what today was, and was so touched by our Boy Scouts. I love this country,I am proud to be an American and I am so thankful for our troops. )

What a wonderful sight to see your street lined with American flags, that gave me chills and brought tears to my eyes. This was such a scary day 6 years ago and our country truly has not been the same. I think it's so important that we always remember what happened, always remember the lives that were lost, those that were forever changed, families of those affected and all the men and women who gave of themselves in so many different ways to help. I love this country and love knowing that when it truly matters we can all pull together to try to help one another.
WE ARE PROUD TO BE AMERICANS, WE ARE PROUD TO LIVE IN A NATION THAT SHOWS SUCH LOVE, COMPASSION AND BRAVERY, WE ARE PROUD TO BE PARENTS OF CHILDREN WHO CARE, WHO REMEMBER AND WHO WANT TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE, WE ARE PROUD OF ALL THOSE WHO FIGHT FOR OUR FREEDOMS.
Truly a day to remember. We should never forget the bravery and the tragedy. I am very proud to be an American! I love that the Boy Scouts lined your street with flags! Only in America!
