That is how I feel lately. I have the FLU! The F.L.U!!!
Not fun. But here's a little catch-up.

"Mommy's sick,
it's cold outside, took kids to see Santa.
No one cried, they had fun, Christmas Miracle! OH!
Game on Saturday, Blaise's team one, they got a medal.
Undefeated, most goals made, a few by my cool son! OH!"

"Woke up Saturday sick! Really, really sick.
wanted to cry, go in a hole and die, but that wouldn't be good.
We had a party here that night. The flu I tried to fight.
The party went off good, fun people, games and food, and now it's time for bed!
I wanna wish me a speedy recovery, I wanna hope that my kids don't get it,
I wanna be in a jolly mood, and have no more ba-hum-bug days!"

Very cute post! I am sorry to hear you are sick with the flu. Yuck! It is the worst when mom is sick. We made gingerbread houses last night and found that it was hard to keep them standing too! But it was fun!
I love the picture of Avery with the candy "glued" to her face. It's so cute! I haven't made gingerbread houses in years. I can't wait to have kids so I'll have an excuse to do fun stuff like that again!
