Socky Pants.

I couldn't think of a good title for this post. It's full of randomness.

* Ava calls her tights "Socky-Pants." I think it's very appropriate. They aren't socks, but they aren't pants, they ARE socky pants.

* I made this WAY cute little snowie for Ava. We love it. Now I want to make one for me. It cost $1 and took ten minutes. I learned how from Martha Stewarts new Christmas Magazine. You can also see it here online. I didn't make it just like hers, I couldn't find the right yarn, but I'm still loving the result!

* I woke up Saturday morning to NO family. I was a bit confused. Jason took the kids out to breakfast, he wants it to be their new tradition, and they brought me home pancakes and an omelet. How totally awesome is that? I got to sleep in and had the morning to myself, AND got a yummy breakfast. My Hubby rocks.

* Saturday night my sister Hollie and I went out, and it was our LUCKY night.
First we went to the craft store and EVERYTHING we wanted was on sale. I got up to the register and it was WAY cheaper than I thought it would be. The yarn I got for my scarf said it was $6, but it rang up as only a buck.
THEN we went to eat dinner and see our movie. The parking garage was PACKED full, so I thought we were doomed, but right when we pulled in, a guy waved at me and told me to take his spot when he left. I LOVE being cute!!! hee hee!
THEN we went to Costa Vida for their yummilicious Sweet Pork Salads, and if you had a ticket to see Twilight, you got 20% off your order!!! PLUS they had the crushy ice. You KNOW I snuck that into the movie.

* I was SO excited to see Twilight! SO EXCITED!!! It was a fun night out, but the movie wasn't as totally awesome as I wanted it to be. Don't get me wrong, I'm SO glad I saw it, and it was a WAY fun night, but Hollie and I kept laughing through the entire movie. I don't think we were supposed too. What was up with Jasper? He was cracking me up!!!! And the dancing around the fire was a bit too much for me. I DID like Edward though. And I blushed a little when the ENTIRE theater started whooping and a hollerin' when he walked into the school. And oh-ya,............ I about died laughing at the science lab scene. HA HA!!! But, I'm not a hater. It was fun, but I do think that if you didn't read the books, the movie would be L.A.M.E!!!!!

* I am using a TON of capital letters in this post!!!

* I am STILL editing some photo shoots I've done as of late. I LOVE this one of Addi! She's pretty much totally awesome. Not only is she a crack up, and beautiful, she thinks I am a Victoria Secret Model. You gotta love a girl that points at models and says "That's Heather!" hee hee!!

* I am making a roast for dinner and it smells SO good!

* I made a bunch of homemade strawberry jam yesteray! Seriously, there is NOTHING better, and I get a kick out of being all domestic like!!!

* The re-cap of 24 is on tonight, and that makes me and the hubby excited. Oh how I've missed the amazing antics of Jack Bower!

* Today I was teaching my little Sunbeams in Sunday School about being reverent. One little girl raised her hand and this is what was said.
Girl - "How big is Jesus?"
Me - "He is the size of like a Daddy."
Girl - "He must be HUGE!! Because my Daddy is big. My Dad is even bigger than my Mom, and THAT is BIG!"

* Life is Grand!

Love the scarf.I'll have to try one.

I went to see Twilight with my sister and nieces and fully agree. It was under developed and without reading the books you wold not really understand the charaters. We laughed in all the wrong places, too. However, Edward made nice eye candy. The 12/14year old with us LOVED it, so I guess if the target audience was happy it was a win.

LOL at the big daddy comment. Too funny!

Great "STEW" post.

You know like throw a little bit of everything you have in a pot, and you end up with a yummy meal!

Delicious, I loved it! Very fun.

Aren't little sunbeams just the cutest at times.

I love the scarf, it turned out super cute. That picture of Ava is adorable, she looks so happy.

Of course I also love Addi's picture. She totally looks like Pam from The Office in this picture. I don't know why, I think it's the shape of her face or something.

Your Sunbeams crack me up!
