The Tale of the Yetti!

Here's a little Christmas story for you!
Once upon a time, there was a young Yetti who's dream was to go sledding with Princess Ava. One day, this dream came true. Princess Ava came to the big Yetti, and asked "Do you want to go sledding with me?" The Yetti was so excited, so she jumped for joy and exclaimed, "YES!!"
So the Yetti pulled Princess Ava up her mountain. She huffed and puffed the entire way. You would think Yetti's were in better shape, but not this one. This Yetti was exhausted.
So when the Yetti and Princess Ava get to the top of the hill, they sit on the sled, and get ready to sled down. Princess Ava told the Yetti to be extra careful with her, because afterall, she was a Princess. The Yetti promised to be careful, and Princess Ava said that if the Yetti messed up, she would be banished to the mountain, and would never be seen or heard of again. The Yetti would become folklore.
The Yetti was not worried. After all, sledding was ALL the Yetti did during the day. So she put Princess Ava on the sled, and got on behind her, and down they went.
Down, down, down.
But something went wrong. The Yetti could tell she was losing control.
They picked up speed and the sled got sideways and all honky-wonkess. Princess Ava let out a squeal and hid her head.
The Yetti tried to get control of the situation, she didn't want to be banished, but the more she tried, the worse it got. They did a 180 in the sled, and started sledding down the hill backwards. Princess Ava was scared, and the Yetti was just holding on to the Princess, hoping the wild ride would end soon.
They hit a bump.
The Yetti closed her eyes.
Princess Ava said "WEEEEE" and was gone.
The Yetti tried to catch her, but the sled was too crazy.
Princess Ava fell off the sled.
She rolled down the hill, and they Yetti gasped.
Princess Ava was fine, but the Yetti was not. Princess Ava warned her that she would be banished to her moutain, never to be heard or seen again. And that is what happened.
And that is the story of the Yetti.

Hilarious! That last picture cracks me up, I can totally picture her falling. Poor Ava, I can't say that I blame her for banishing the Yetti.
WHY OH WHY, IS PRINCESS AVA SO TRUSTING, SHE SHOULD KNOW A WILD AND CRAZY TIME IS IN STORE WHEN EVER THE YETTI IS INVOLVED.
LUCKILY NO HARM CAME TO THE BEAUTIFUL PRINCESS, I'M SURE SHE WILL FORGIVE THE YETTI AND UNBANISH HER, AND INVITE HER DOWN OFF THE MOUNTAIN TO COME IN AND SIT BY THE FIRE AND SIP SOME HOT CHOCOLATE.
AND THEY WILL LIVE HAPPILY AND "SAFELY" EVER AFTER.

The Yetti should have rock hard calves after all that up-hill towing.... a little snow under the collar is not a lot to pay for a free ride uphill! Looks like tons of fun. I want snow!

Poor Yetti, after all she was just trying to please her princess, which we all know is the whole purpose of a Yetti. Hopefully the Princess will realize this soon enough and bring the Yetti back for another try.
