Easter......

We had my sister's family over for dinner and an Easter Egg Hunt. The men folk (the hubby,and Jared) went outside and hid about 60 eggs. My sister, Hollie, and I kept the kids in so they would not see. They COULD NOT wait to hunt for eggs.

So we let them outside and they all RUN. RUN. RUN!!!

Avery was a little maniac.

Addison, my neice, was running too,...........but we don't think she knew why. She was running and yelling, and running.........right past all the eggs. We finally got her attention and explained what she was supposed to do.



That's a girl.

Once everyone knew what their mission was, IT WAS ON!!! At one point Avery took out Addison, she tried to take out Urban too, but luckily we stopped her.






Here she is running again.

























Addison found an egg, but she thought it had a spider on it. She started flairing her arms about, squeeling and such. Caiden went to inspect the egg for her. He insisted that it wasn't a spider, but that it was on a pile of dog poo.

























There goes Ava again.








We finally convinced both Caiden and Addison that it was not poop OR a spider, so they went on their merry way.
Blaise was being so cute about it all, he would help the "little" kids find eggs, and he said he wouldn't take the easy one's that way they could find them. He is turning into such a big boy!




Urban was a little pimp, making his Dad find all his eggs!


























Caiden kept carrying his basket like a "man bag" which did not help when he would bend over to pick up an egg.
























And there goes Ava,........again!







I guess all that running paid off for the girl, she ended up with most of the eggs filled with money!

After our very eventful egg hunt, we played some soccer, Hollie and I ate some more, and then we had a tramp contest.
