And I am PROUD of it!
I rode ATV's as a child. We would camp out in our Motor Home at Glamis, CA and ride out little hearts out!
My life long dream is to compete in a Demolition Derby.
I had a MAJOR crush on Billy Idol when I was younger.
I knew all the words to every song ever written by Deaf Leopard.
I went to Monster Truck Races, annually, and now that I have kids, we continue the tradition!
My family watches more Nascar than Football.
I didn't understand why people made fun of the "Carni's."
I thought big boobs, big blond hair, tight jeans and HIGH pink heels were THE thing to wear as an adult.
When I was in High School, I called everyone by their last name, and it's been a VERY hard habit to break.
For the LONGEST time I thought the Ford Super Duty truck was called a
Ford Super DUDE-y........... For real!!
I learned to drive in a BIG ole' Suburban, and a Chevy Nova.
I used to LOVE going to Auto school with my Dad, and to the dump.
My favorite food is BBQ,
And "boss," "bitchin" and "cherry" are all very acceptable adjectives.
So when I heard that a Car show was in town, I was SO there! I loved it!!! They had a TON of cars, yummy food, and a BMX jump show. I tell you what, when my boys start doing jumps and Superman's on their bikes, someone PLEASE blind fold me!
I knew all the Mopar Muscle cars because my Daddy taught me well. The boys were all into the new street racing cars, Jason LOVES himself some bad-A low-rider cars, and Ava, she liked the Motorcycles. She's our little Hell's Angel. She chatted it up for like 15 minutes with one Metal Head that the boys were even too scared to talk to him. He ended up giving her a Tattoo (fake!) and talked about Spongebob! It was SO funny! My little White Trash girl. She's just like her mama!
I know a lot of couples have dreams of traveling when they are older,...............to see the sites, to visit all the temples, ............ya ya ya! Jason and I decided we are gonna get our self one "cherry" Lincoln and travel around to all the car shows and sit with all the gangsters and tell the story's of our youth!!! Ahhhhhhhhhhh, can't wait!

Awesome cars! This post makes me long for the days of the mullet. Why did they ever go out of style? They're the best of both worlds, business in the front, party in the back...oh yeah!!! =)

When I first read this post, I thought you had spelled “Deaf Leopard” as a April Fools’ Joke, to see how many (Anal-Retentive) Followers would point it out, (besides your Sister and I) but you assured me it was nothing quite that sinister or clever, just the fact spell check had “Corrected” your original spelling of the Band’s Name, and you didn‘t notice it, (darn you irritating non-obsessive, free spirited, oblivious people).
So it was quite exciting today when you told me someone had finally commented about it. (it’s like seeing the results of your science experiment). However, I feel bad for Anonymous, she doesn’t have to be ashamed of being A-R/OCD and hide in anonymity, and has the poor thing been obsessing about this for the past two weeks.
Unless.... this was someone with Peg Bundy envy wanting to call you out as a poser. If so then maybe you should proudly pass the Queen of “White Trash” title on to her, but wait, you can’t, because you don’t know who she is? SIGH!
