Spring Break

Easter came and went, along with Spring Break.

Saturday: Housework, Mall, Out to lunch, watched Soccer game on t.v. (don't remember what teams) went to Blaise's indoor game. He scored 4 goals and one assist.

Sunday: Easter Bunny came! Loved our baskets. I got some way cute shoes!!! Made brunch of eggs, sausage (WAY TOO SPICY) and cinnamon rolls! Watched conference, LOVED it! Played conference Bingo. Cleaned up a bit. Started Dinner - Ham, cheesy tatoes, green beans, rolls and fruit salad. Sister's family came over. Went on a hunt for about 100 eggs.


(I don't really like this picture at all, but I DO think my hubby looks hot and it was the only pic of all of us in a long while. We didn't do the whole "easter-outfit-matchy-match" thing this year because the boys hate it, and I figured since we were gonna be in our jammie's watching conference most the day, why bother?)

Monday: First day of Break!!! We made a HUGE mess of the house by playing ALL day!!! Then went to Blaise's first spring outdoor game. They won, but they couldn't finish past the half because it started SNOWING!!! Right after the game we ran to a wedding reception. It was so fun to see some of my old friends from Cali!!!

Tuesday: Woke up to like 8 inches of snow! Took the kids to see Diary of A Wimpy Kid! Such a cute movie! I think I actually liked it more than the kids did! CUTE BUTT!!

Wednesday: Met Daddy for lunch. Blaise went to a friends house for a sleep-over, so I took the younger two to Boondocks to play in the indoor playground since we still have snow!

Thursday: Organized the office a bit. Went to Lowes and bought some pots and seeds to plant some indoor herbs. Went to Hobby Lobby to buy paint to paint our pots. Came home and painted and planted!! Blaise and Caiden had soccer practice, Avery brought giant bubbles for the little kids to play with. Had team meeting afterwards to plan our Summer travel tournament.

Friday: Avery woke up with pink eye, and I woke up in pain. Went to the doctors, and then came home and watched movies and ate nachos and ding dongs. Kids had a bunch of neighbor friends over and played in the backyard for 3 hours. Jason brought Cafe Rio home for dinner.

Saturday: Caiden's first spring soccer game! WOO HOO!!! He has been WAITING!! 4 goals! Went to Beez Cafe for breakfast, (Jason's restaurant that he remodeled.) Went to Target. Took Caiden to a birthday Party. Watched the Barcelona/Real game. Went to Blaise's last indoor game, 3 goals 2 assists. Del Taco and Wizards of Waverly Place for dinner!

Sunday: woke up to the kids very upset because our big t.v. wasn't working. church. lunch. Jason studied most the afternoon. Kids played. I read, napped and met with Stake Pres. to get my recommend. Made Brazilian for dinner.

We had a super fun spring break, and we started counting down until summer vacation!! 8 more weeks of school! 39 more days! WOO HOO!!! We can't wait!!!
