Thankful {day 9}
I am thankful for make-up. And hair products, especially extensions. And boots. And scarves. And fashion.
And shopping for the above mentioned things.
Doing this type of "girly" things make me happy.
I LOVE this quote from Audrey Hepburn -
"I believe in pink. I believe that laughing is the best calorie burner. I believe in kissing, kissing a lot. I believe in being strong when everything seems to be going wrong. I believe that happy girls are the prettiest girls. I believe that tomorrow is another day and I believe in miracles."
Sometimes I get made fun of for wearing heels, wearing pink, loving mascara, searching for a new lip color, and like my accesories. But being girly is empowering to me. It makes me feel like I'm on top of the world when I feel good.
When I'm happy, I'm pretty.
And when I'm pretty, I'm happy.
Maybe to some it's vain, but then they don't get it or me, cuz it's the furthest thing from that. To me, it gives me my energy to conquer the world each day.

I love your girly-ness, I love how you always make your self the best you can be, I love how you embrace it and don't try to hide it. I'm Thankful for your example and that you inspire me to strive to find what makes "ME" happy. I totally get it, and you, too bad for those who don't. I love my Girly Girl.
P.S. this may have started when you were just a baby, seriously, you had shoes for every outfit you had, loved those little baby shoes.
