Adams Canyon

We decided to do another big family hike.  I always love the idea of these big hikes, but once I'm on them, I remember, I'm not that into hiking.

We decided to do it this weekend because it is our "due" weekend.  I needed something to do, something to accomplish, we needed family bonding.

So we packed up Avery's pink back-pack with some water and snacks and headed up the canyon to see the waterfalls.

I should have know that the hike would be more than I bargained for when we ran out of trail about halfway up the mountain.  The rest of the hike was actual rock climbing, river jumping, tree climbing and getting lost.  Yep, we got lost on the way back because there was NO trail!  Luckily we knew we just needed to head down river, and that we did!

We did it.  We conquered.  It was a fun day!
