Blaise's Birthday

I can't believe my baby turned 12!!!

He is a deacon now. Passing Sacrament. Going to YM/YW. He is growing too fast!!!

On his birthday he had a soccer game. It was going to be the first game tht he was going to be able to play since his hamstring injury.

He came running in the door after school and said, "Mom, do we have time to go to the doctor before my soccer game? I'm pretty sure I broke my thumb!"

Sure enough, he did. He and his best friend got into a bit of a pushing fight, and Blaise's thumb was bent back and he got a hairline fracture.

He was soooooo mad that he had to miss another soccer game! And on his birthday!!!!

So we got his x-rays, got it wrapped, and then rushed to the game to see his team win!!! After the game we went to Olive Garden (his favorite!) and then to get him a ReAL Salt Lake Soccer Jersey. I also made him his favorite pumpkin cupcakes.
