He's Published.

That's right! Now we have TWO published artists
in the family. First Jason, he illustrated a book
for a best selling author, and now Blaise. Our little
first grader! He was chosen out of his entire school (K-6)
to design the cover of this year's school "Favorite Things" book.
It's a hardback book, and was published by a publisher, and then the school sold them. He was so proud of himself. He designed it a few months ago, and we just got our copy today. I am so proud of him. His teacher asked when he first started this year, how long he has been in art classes? We said he wasn't ever in an art class, and her mouth fell to the floor. He is naturally gifted, I guess. Too bad I can't take any of the credit!!

Christy,
Ya, Jason illustrated a book for Dr. Myles H. Bader. He writes books about how to prepare food, and household secrets and stuff. The book he wrote that he had Jason illustrate is how to get rid of bugs using household items. Jason drew over 500 little cartoon illustrations for him to put in the book. It was a best-selling book, and the authour now has a regular spot on QVC. Kinda weird huh? He did this when I was preggers with Caiden.
