Weekend Wrap Up.
Friday: Blaise was still sick. I hate when the kids are sick. So we spent the day watching movies, taking a nap, (I even got a 20 minute one!) and then when Jason got home from work, I went back out with Jamie. I met them at a place called Gardner's Village that Amber knew about. I can not wait to go back. So cute!! Then we went to Tai Pan, then to the Olive Garden for dinner. It was fun, and nice to get out of the house again. And this time we got a picture. Granted it's in the parking garage, late at night before I was about to head home,..........but it's a picture none the less!
Saturday: Jason and I awoke to the sound of Caiden and Blaise fighting, which could only mean one thing! Blaise feels better!!! We were excited to have him back to his normal self again, fighting and all! So we took the kids out to breakfast because he was starving! Then we went to the Mall, trying to hit some of the summer sales for the kids. And we let the kids ride the carousal. Then we took the boys to see Transformers! The theatre was amazing! Now maybe I am just out of it because it has literally been ages since I have been to a theatre, but this one was an experience. First, when you buy your ticket, you pick out your seat. They show you the screen, and you pick it out, then they print it on your ticket. GENIUS!! That way you don't have to rush into the theatre to get a good spot! Then they had like 5-6 food joints in the lobby, so you could order REAL food, and take it in the theatre with you, and not have to worry about sneaking in food or hurry in to finding a seat. I was so impressed. I know, it doesn't take much to make me happy!
So we go into watch Transformers, and Ava didn't want to sit, which I don't want to say "I told you so" but I did tell Jason. So I took her out and walked her for like 5 minutes, and by the time we got back in the actual movie had started and it starts with action right away, so it got her attention. She sat on my lap for a good hour stuffing her face with popcorn, and her eyes GLUED to the screen. When it got real loud she would look away though and close her eyes. She is taking after her cutie cousin! Then she decided she was done with Popcorn, so Jason took her out. The boys and I finished the movie, and they LOVED it. They can't wait to go buy the DVD. Blaise even said "you guys better have our theatre room finished by the time this comes out on disc." Well, excuse me! After seeing the movie though, I kinda think we should have named our kittens Optimus Prime and Bumble Bee instead of Megatron and Barricade. I hope our kitties don't turn evil and try to destroy us!
So that was the weekend in a nutshell. Blaise feels better, I got to join in on some "girls weekend" fun, took the kids out all day Saturday, and got to see the most awesome theatere EVER! Today, (Sunday) we are doing big breakfast, church, and I am hoping to get some digital scrapping done. Have a great day everyone!

Cute picture of you and Jamers. Sounds like such a fun weekend, I'm so glad Blaise is feeling better. That theatre does sound AWESOME! I wish there was one like that here. I love that Ava closes her eyes when she doesn't want to see something (or doesn't want something to see her), too funny that they both do that. We went to see Transformers this weekend too, and the whole time I just kept wishing we lived by eachother so we could have all gone together because I know the boys would love it.
Such a cute picture! I LOVE Tai Pan. My parents live in Utah, so everytime we visit I have to go to Tai Pan. I went to Gardner's Village for the first time last summer and loved it too. I have heard that it is a really neat place to go in the Fall and around Christmas time.
That picture turned out way cuter than I thought it would...can we say WAY full from Olive Garden! ;) I LOVED LOVED LOVED seeing you this weekend, it was soooo much fun! Totally reminded me of old times too....how many movie theaters do you think we probably single-handedly paid for?? Hee Hee
Love ya girl!
YOU TWO ARE JUST TOO CUTE!
