The end of our Vacation.

Okay, here is the last set of pics from our vacation. This is from Tuesday. After we said our sad goodbye's to my family, we went back to the Hotel and took a nap! Awwwwwwwwww...... vacations! Then we woke up and grabbed lunch and headed to the beach for the rest of the day. It was the perfect way to end our San Diego trip. Soaking up the sand and sun! The kids and I made sand castles, I read my book, (which by the way, if you haven't heard about Twilight and it's sequel, New Moon, I highly recommend them. I read them both 500+ page books in a week's time. It's the perfect summer read. Fun, fast, easy highly addictive!) and Jason spent hours boogie boarding. I think he has found a new love.

I am really happy with my photo taking lately. I can finally see progress and I am even liking my pictures SOOC, (straight out of camera.) I got a new lens for my birthday too, which I LOVE!!! I am glad to see that my studying is finally paying off. I was getting really upset with my skills, but looking at the pics I took on my vacation, I was really happy. The above picture I took using an over exposure technique I have been reading about. I actually like how it turned out. What do you think? I think I am finally getting the hang of manual mode! This makes my day!
What made your day today?

Hee Hee! I was waiting to see Hasselhoff and Pam go running by, but it didn't happen!

That's what we forgot to do! A slow-mo run down the beach like a "Baywatch moment". Oh well, perhaps next time. I wish we could've stayed an extra day, looks like you guys had a lot of fun. Super cute pictures. That's a good one of Jason. We very rarely take pictures of our husbands by themselves huh? I'd have to say that going swimming this morning with Addison made my day today. It was very relaxing. We were the only two in the pool and she loves to swim.

I WISH WE WERE ALL STILL AT THE BEACH, SOME YEAR WOULDN'T BE AWESOME TO SPEND THE WHOLE SUMMER THERE.
