Observations

* Caiden asked me to marry him when he grows up. I was a bit torn, I mean, he is a GREAT little guy, but . . . I'm already taken. I explained that since I was his Mommy I couldn't marry him one day, he protested. He said that he would never love any one else, only me. I know he will grow up and love other girls, but I hope he remembers who his first love was!

* Blaise said he was never going to get married. I told him he would and that he would be sad if he never did. He told me he wouldn't be sad. That he would go to the Zoo everyday so he wouldn't be lonely and then he wouldn't need a wife. He would just live with the animals. . . . . . I hope this doesn't play out the way he wants it too. I don't want him to be the weird zoo boy.

* I hope that Leprechauns aren't real bright. We made a Leprechaun trap last night, and we put in paper in the shape of gold to trick him. I hope it does the trick, or the kids will be really upset.

* My Aunt Flow hates me, and quite frankly I hate her too. Every month I decide that I want to become a man just so she can't visit me anymore! I was out all day Saturday, I had to take a pain pill and then was out for the count. First my doctors tell me I shouldn't have anymore kids, and now I have to deal with THIS!!! Game over!!!

* I think the Random Acts of Kindness are catching on. The other day I stopped by the Starbucks in the Albertsons to get myself a little treat in a cup. I NEVER do anything for myself because the kids always ruin it by wanting this or that, so it's usually not worth it. But on this day it was just me and Ava, and I figured she wouldn't throw a fit over a Frappuccino. So I am waiting in line and the girl in front of me and I start having a conversation. She was a young Mom too, we both had 3 kids but only had one of them with us that day, and we were both rocking the "hot Mama" shoes. (heels) We complimented each other on our cute shoes, our cute kids, you know, the important stuff! I felt like I had another new best friend! Then her order was ready. She had a Frappuccino and some sort of Strawberry drink. I asked what the Strawberry thing was and she said it was Strawberries and Cream. I commented that I didn't even know they made that and I would have to try one one day. Then she asked if I wanted half because her son never drank it all. I politely refused, and then she looked at the worker boy and asked him to split it into two cups. Then she gave half to Avery. It totally made my day. I told her she was sweet and a million thank you's. I loved it. It confirmed to me that I must keep doing my Random Acts because now I know how it feels!!

* The kids are still a little leery of the Easter Bunny. They don't get why a huge giant bunny would go around laying eggs in peoples yard, when bunnies obviously don't lay eggs, and why he leaves baskets of candy. I must admit, they do have a point. They still believe, because . . . . it IS candy they will be getting, but they don't understand it. Santa Clause and the Tooth Fairy, sure, but the Easter Bunny . . . . . . . ?

* I am so excited for our trip to Vegas in 3 days!! We so need a vacation. It will be nice to just get away for a bit, hang out with family, enjoy the warmth, eat some yummy food, play guitar hero. Awwwww..............I can't wait!!!

* And just because, here is a picture of Avery. Don't you just love how dark and moody she is!?!? She is a camera hog, as soon as I get it out she wants to be in front of it!
