Giddy

It's time for another {giddy} list!

I am {giddy} over this magazine. I have always loved her show, and her books, and now..........she has a magazine!!! I've already made 3 dishes from it! I made the Beef Stroganoff, yummy!!! The Lemon Chicken, and the Cinnamon Rolls! YUM YUM YUM!!!! I've been trying a new recipe a week, (one of my new years goals!) and this magazine has lots of inspiration!


















I am {giddy} over my crock pot! Yes! Yes!!! Last night I was making dinner and realized I thawed out WAY too much chicken. I knew it would probably go bad so I threw it in the crock pot with some brown sugar, mango salsa, and pepsi and let it cook on low all night. This morning I took it out, shred it up and now we have some DELISH sweet pulled chicken. Perfect for taco's, salads, burritos, and it's done and ready, just needs to be heated. I am so impressed with myself, let me tell you! I want to do this more often now!!!


I am {giddy} about my little Avery. She really is my bestest little buddy. She tells me everyday that I am her best friend EVER!!! We got our nails done yesterday, (and when I say got, I mean I did them!) and today I asked her what she wanted to do and she said "let's go to a store and look at some cute clothes, then go get Daddy and go to lunch, and then go to a craft store, and then come home and relax!" Is she the bestest friend or what!?!?! (Ya, we got over our little tiff from the other day.!)


I am also {giddy} that spring wants to come. Yes, we still have our cold days, and yes we may still get a little snow storm, but we have had some NICE days. Days where you can go outside and play and not be even a little bit cold. Avery was so excited to hear the birds again!!! We love spring...........and it's on it's way!


I am {giddy} that my house, my WHOLE house is clean, and has been for like a week! I know, hold the phones, it is SO rare for me, but I've been feeling all domestic lately. I love having a clean house, it makes my day go so much better!


I am {giddy} over work. I've been neglecting my blog because I have been working on some fabulous things for work. I am so excited to show you, but you must be patient a bit longer.
