I am {giddy} that this is a short week. No school on Friday!

I am {giddy} that this WHOLE week is full of Halloween fun!

I made creepy nachos last night for dinner. So yummy, so fun! I took corn tortilla shells and used the Halloween cookie cutters my Mom bought us and cut out fun shapes. Then I coated them with cooking spray, cooked in the oven at 350 for like 8 minutes and voilla! Then we sat around candle light and ate our dinner. The whole family was {giddy} all night long!

Tonight I am making apple stuffed pork chops, with "ghostly" mashed potatoes. Just put some tatoes in a cake piping bag, use a big tip, and shape them into ghosts on the plate. Use pepper flakes for the eyes! My kids get all {giddy} when I make dinner a little extra special.

I am beyond {giddy} to have my hubby back. He has been gone 24 days out of this month, and I miss him!

I am {giddy} that my nephew, Mason, is finally back at home with his parents. CPS has dropped the case, and now we are just waiting for the state to finish up all the paper work, it could be a long time, but at least for the time being he is home. I loved having him live with me, and I miss that little charmer, but I'm so grateful that he is home.

I am {giddy} that Blaise is better, and that so far, no one else in the family has gotten swine flu. He was excited because he didn't even miss any soccer games because of it. He has been doing SO well this season. He has made at least one goal a game, usually more. He has the best average in his age group.

Watching Caiden do his homework makes me SO {giddy.} That boy can read! He loves it too. There is nothing quite like watching a kid read a book for the first time and get through it and then ask to read another one!

Avery and I have gotten a lot of quality time in lately. That girl makes me {giddy.} She was so out of sorts with her daddy being gone, she is a daddy's girl. She came in and slept with me quite often. Needless to say, we didn't sleep to well. She is a cow!!! So she took a lot of naps this last week. I caught her in her bed snoozing away one afternoon and I couldn't help myself. Isn't she lovely?


I am {giddy} for this time of year! I love it!

I am {giddy} to meet my new niece that will be making her debut in a few weeks!
