Summer Vacation
This summer we went to Las Vegas twice in July. I usually have a very strict rule of no Vegas between the months of May and October, because it seems that since I have moved away from there, I have become a HUGE pansy when it comes to being over 100 degrees.
This summer was a little different. Jason had to go down to help his friend/brother with a condo remodel, and I just didn't want to be by myself, so we all packed up and went down again. Blaise pulled his hamstring, so he could miss soccer, and it was just good timing.
Jason worked during the day, and the kids and I swam and swam and swam. We caught a movie, did some window shopping, and hung out down on the strip. It was a much needed fun break.
On the way down to Vegas we stopped at Bridal Veil falls in Provo and hiked around for a bit. The kids LOVED it. We need to do that more.

As we got in the car to leave the waterfall and head to Vegas it started POURING. The kids loved it, but it made me nervous. I'm a nervous nelly lately.
One of our days on the strip included eating lots of candy!!!

One night we went down to the city center. I didn't know that one of the new hotels down there was named The Aria. Seeing it in big bright lights made me realize how beautiful a name she has.

These two crack me up. We were walking around the mall, and no joke, we got a million double takes. They looked like mini super stars!!!

Til next time vegas!!!
