State Cup

Blaise's team made it to State Cup this year again!

They didn't lose one single game in season play. They did so well.

Blaise had a rough season though. He pulled his hamstring in the summer and missed half the season playing. Then when he was cleared to play, he could only play about 15 minutes a game, so that he could condition his leg and not re-injure himself. He still went to every game, and sat on the bench, in uniform, and cheered on his team. He was so relieved when he was able to play in the State Cup.

The boys did SO SO SO well. I could not be more proud of them. They made it all the way to the finals, and played their biggest rival. They ended up taking 2nd in state, but to me, that is still awesome. I was proud that Blaise kept his head high on the field. They lost pretty bad, and Blaise's defender that he was going against was SERIOUSLY huge.

Blaise didn't cry until we were in the car leaving. He was beat up and beat!!!

We took him out to eat, and that helped him to feel better.
