Keeping Busy
First of all, Thank You all for all your comments and support. I thought I turned off the comments, but it was nice to read all of your supportive thoughts. You guys are the best.
We are headed back up tomorrow, so it will be nice to be with his family again and to help each other get through this difficult time.
I have been trying for this last week to post our 4th of July pictures, but it's been hard to stay focused on one thing for too long. But one thing I admired most about Jason's mother was she was a worker. In fact, she put worker bee's to shame. And she LOVED scrapbooking and genealogy. And with her passing it has just reinforced in me how important this blog is and my record keeping to my family. In fact, my blessing goes in great lengths about how I need to keep a record of my life. So I want to get working on our yearbooks, I set out to do this about a year ago, but . . . . .
Anyways, here was our Fourth. It was a blast. This is one of our favorite holidays, I know, I say that about all of them!!

Also, here was a little ditty I designed for the baby shower I was supposed to be throwing for my Besty, Jamie, today. But with everything happening right now, I could no longer fly down there this weekend and throw it, so some of her friends down there stepped in. I am so bummed I couldn't do it for her still, I had a lot of fabulous things in mind, but I am so touched that her friends saved the day. She deserves it. We will have to plan another girls weekend after that baby gets here!

I also made a scrap kit to go along with her invite. I was so inspired by the invite that I had to keep creating! I have been asked by several people to offer my designs to the public, and I think it would be fun!!!!
When we get back I will look into how to let ya'all download this, I think I will also do a little digi-scrap tutorial, and a short mini photo tutorial because I have been getting a lot of requests for photo help too. What do y'all think?
Well I hope you all have a fabulous week, love each other, hug your kids, do something inspiring and I will see ya in a week!

Looks like you had a fun fourth of July. I don't think I saw one firework. Maybe I can redeem myself on the 24th. I LOVE the invitation. You are so creative.
Looks like your 4th was a lot of fun........swimming and BBQs, that's exactly what we did too. No pics this year due to an unplanned migraine! I was SOOOOOO sad that you couldn't come down and I missed not having you here. Of course we will have to plan something to make up for it. Thank you a million times for your fabulous designs and invites! Those papers and TOOOOO cute! I will HAVE to have those for his baby book! It's so nice to have such a fabulously talented BESTY!!!!!! ;) LOVE YOU TONS! Call me as soon as you get back from your trip. My prayers are with you1
